How it works

Tell York what you’re looking for:
A city or town in Canada, your budget, and whether you’re renting or buying – just explain it in plain language.
Step 2
York searches for properties that match your criteria. You’ll receive brief descriptions and links to the original listings.
Step 3
Select the properties you like and ask York to schedule viewings. York saves you time by calling each listing, checking viewing times, and asking all your questions. In this process, York acts as your personal AI assistant — a smart, detail-oriented secretary who doesn’t miss a thing.
Step 4
Activate the Monitoring feature. Until you find your ideal property, York will check every 24 hours for new rental or sale listings that match your parameters (location, price, number of bedrooms, and more).
